HobbyWing EZRUN-25A-L Brushless ESC for 1/18 Car (Version 2)star rating 5Don P.August 27, 2011Great speed control for the money.
HobbyWing EZRUN-25A-L Brushless ESC for 1/18 Car (Version 2)star rating 5Paul WheelerJuly 14, 2011This ESC performs to specs but considering you need a fan to run lipo batteries it should have some with one. It can take a little getting used to to program but with how many options you have tweaking them can pay off in the long run. Another thought, in the picture of the ESC there is no giant capacitor sticking up off the side of the esc, maybe that should be included in future advertizing.
HobbyWing EZRUN-25A-L Brushless ESC for 1/18 Car (Version 2)star rating 5Mike BurkJuly 12, 2011Works as advertised. Unlike some car controllers you can get 100% power in reverse. I am using it in an airboat and it has better water resistence than some other controllers. It is as good as anything with similar specs.
HobbyWing EZRUN-25A-L Brushless ESC for 1/18 Car (Version 2)star rating 5DennisJune 26, 2011Got this ESC along with a Tacon 2030 5200kV motor and Gens Ace 2S 1550 mAh lipo to put into my Team Associated FT RC18T that I had sitting around. Definitely a nice upgrade from the stock 370 silvercan and NiMH battery that I previously had. The ESC runs well & has a nice set of adjustable options (I have a programming card), the motor runs strong and very cool, and the battery gave me about 40 minutes of runtime out on my street. I'd recommend this setup for anyone looking to breathe some new life into their RC18.

HobbyWing EZRUN-25A-L Brushless ESC for 1/18 Car (Version 2)star rating 5ChrisMarch 4, 2011For the money, you can't go wrong. Sure, there are other more well-known brands out there, but for the cash, this little ESC does the job and does the job well. I replaced the stock Reedy brushless system that came with my SC18 RTR and I now have no more cogging issues and the throttle is much more responsive and smooth. Thanks for offering a product that appeals to the many of us who love this hobby and making it affordable to run quality and reliable electronics. Awesome job!

HobbyWing EZRUN-25A-L Brushless ESC for 1/18 Car (Version 2)star rating 4ThorprimeAugust 18, 2010WARNING! This ESC Comes with the battery connector reversed! You MUST cut and add your own battery connector!!!! Asside from the above, this ESC works great for 1/18 and 1/6th models such as the exceed 1/16th along with the Tacon 2040 motor.
