I have the CC system and this is a much better field card than anything they offer. There was not much difference between the CC and this as far as programability goes, almost identical just different wording. I would say this is a "must have" for anyone with a HW esc.

The main difference is you can upgrade the firmware on your ESC! This is the feature that sold me, works great. Updated my 3 cars with it and they all seem to have a bit more precision to them.

However, once I connected it to my PC and updated the firmware on some of my ESCs, I was hooked. The settings are very easy to use and they make a huge difference on the track. I was able to improve my lap times by updating to the latest XErun firmware and taking advantage of improved adjustability and throttle characteristics.

Comes with a PC interface to update the firmware on both the esc and the programmer, so as new functions are released you wont be left out. Price is great, works well, no issues I have found.

It is so cool after updating usb link on hobbywing website and updating my 2-in-1 lcd card I updated all my ESC with the lates firmware and new turbo mode in timming. Boosting Timing + Turbo Timing all for $17.70 well worth it, so far updated 4 of... our systems.
