Don't waste time upgrading the fan if you're running 3s or 7 cells. It doesn't do much. I'm running in a stampede geared 20/83 and it's great. Lots of bottom end plus amazing speed on 3s.

I currently own 2 of these systems. 1 is in my SC10 and its perfect... I can run all 5000mah in the battery on a track and not even get hot at all. Its a truly great system and the great price only makes it a better value! My second one is in a touring car and once again, 5000mah and it barely breaks a sweat. My Sc10 by the way runs forever on this. On an indoor track.. (WCRC) this system will run for 25-35minutes on a 5000mah Turnigy battery.... cant beat that. I probably have 40-60 packs through this system in the SC10 alone and couldnt be happier.
