EZRUN 17.5T/SL-3650 Sensorless Brushless Motor for 1/10 Car (Size: 3650)star rating 5RayJanuary 28, 2012I used this 17.5 motor to replace the 27-T Brushed motor in a Short Course Truck that is Club Raced . It has a lot more speed then a brushed motor and I find it is good off the line with enough power and speed to stay with sensored motors that are Raced in our club . Good buy for the money !!

EZRUN 17.5T/SL-3650 Sensorless Brushless Motor for 1/10 Car (Size: 3650)star rating 4Joel ChavezOctober 19, 2011I bought this motor thinking it was a 2400KV as advertised, but was a 1900KV motor instead. Overall, it is decent, but does have cogging at low speeds. You'll l have to gear it differently than a higher KV motor since this motor is all torque and very little rpm. Currently, I am running this motor on a RC10 buggy with a HobbyWing 35A ESC and Gens Ace 2S lipo batteries geared at 75 spur, 30 pinion. The car runs at a consistent 22 mph, but it's not geared correctly yet. I suspect a 66 or 68 spur with a 30 pinion should push the buggy beyond the 25mph mark I'm looking for. Good motor for the price. I gave it 4 stars due to the cogging issue. It's not bad, but it is there. Motor is well built and has tons of torque so gear it correctly.

It works great, runs cool, just a great motor at a great price. In fact I own 2 of these, bought one to try out and just had to get another one for my other project. ***** 5 stars all the way.
