Although, it not all the parts that are machined. You can see marks of being machined on biggest pieces (blade holder, i.e.). I have assembled it on my heli but not trimmed it yet. I still need to work on that.

Moved the head to the other shaft. Did I not need to do this? Didn't cut anything. Flown a couple of times, seems fine. Seems to need lubricant. Does anyone know what should be used. For the DX6i Reverse the pitch in the mixing, not the servo!

The feathering is the same as an align youll have to convert it over which is simple. The main shaft replacement has not been located, resorting to cutting a blade 400 shaft so the head block can be bolted on. Still looking for the main shaft no help from HP!! No info on the tail hope its not as much of an issue.

Thinking of ordering another one. There is more info in the forums if you need details on the adjustments you need to make, the dremel made the adjustments easy for me.

It came fully assembled and adjusted perfectly, cut a mm off the main shaft and droped in in place, reverse the elevator on the DX6i and off you go. I experimented with the tightness of the blades and found they don't wobble on start up when tightened a tad. Some say it'll help if you hit something, the blades will fold...., at the speed of the blades, I don't think it'll matter, you're going to break them. I like this CNC upgrade, now it they produce the aluminium upgrade in a set for a good price.., I'll get a few of them also.

In fact, the linkages were set up to match the Blade 400 with no adjustment necessary. I did however, have to reverse the travel adjustment on the transmitter for the pitch, but I am pleased. Bad news is, I ordered a second of these CNC Upgrades from a different vendor, it arrived and none of the linkages were adjusted evenly. Needless to say, I "WILLl" be ordering this upgrade from hobbypartz, along with other parts from now on.
